We are all familiar with the consequences that come from margin-less living. Our stress increases, our tempers shorten, and relationships suffer. It becomes almost impossible to hear or feel God’s presence. Love, intimacy, and friendship happen best in unstructured, unhurried environments.

If we all know this, why is it so hard to do this? Are we all just naturally bad at managing our lives, or is there something more going on? In the very earliest Scriptures, our Heavenly Father has been speaking to us about this reality.
