  • Men’s Getaway Weekend
    October 3—5, Kettunen Center

    An opportunity for guys to get away from the every day stresses of life and have some fun. The weekend will include golf, fishing, football, canoeing, kayaking and boating. Kettunen Center is located on Center Lake in Tustin, Michigan, just 20 minutes south of Cadillac. Four different lodging and meal packages available from $120 per person to $170 per person.   • Basic Training
    Monday Nights, 7—9 pm, Room 21
    Starts September 22

    A “men equipping men” 36 week leadership training program to model, teach, and encourage practical application of Biblical principles which build a foundation for living life in Christ. This course will give you tools to help you strengthen your marriage and fathering skills, discover your talents, strengths and leadership capabilities, handle Scripture effectively and be involved in a long-term fellowship accountability group. Kick-off retreat, Saturday, September 20, 8:30 am to Noon at Faith (must attend if your are taking the class). Cost: $150 ($65 for manual and $85 for additional reading material, which will be available at the kick-off meeting).   • Men’s Fraternity
    The Quest for Authentic Manhood
    Monday Nights, 7—9pm
    Starts October 13

This 24 week class focuses on a man’s core identity and helps men deal with various identity issues by looking at things that may have distorted their idea of Biblical masculinity. This study leads men along a journey towards real Biblical masculinity while fostering deep spiritual, emotional and personal growth. Cost: $20 for class materials.
