CARE & Support
"As I have loved you… love one another” John 13:34
We all have times in our lives when we need an extra bit of help. Whether it’s a crisis, or working through challenging personal or financial issues, it can be helpful to have someone there to help along the way. The following care groups and programs are available to help you through the tough times.
Through DVD sessions and small group diiscussion, these groups offer understanding, support and healing from your divorce or grief experience. Groups usually meet in September and January. For more information, contact Judi Hanney, 248.689.4713 x217 or jhanney@faithtroy.org.
This ministry equips lay persons to provide confidential, one-to-one Christian emotional and spiritual care to those in our church and community who are experiencing difficulties in their lives. For more information, contact Judi Hanney, 248.689.4713 x217 or jhanney@faithtroy.org.

Faith Impact
The concept is simple, people serving people, individuals using their time and abilities to impact the lives of others. Life is full of twists and turns, and individuals sometimes find themselves in crisis situations. Perhaps you know of someone, a family member, friend, neighbor or co-worker, who has recently become ill, disabled, or recovering from surgery. When these situations occur, performing even the most basic daily tasks (i.e. home maintenance, meals, yard work, driving) can become difficult or even impossible. Faith Impact is a ministry designed to help individuals with these types of needs.
We use a web-based tool called CareCalendar to help match individuals in need with volunteers willing to help. So if you know of someone in need, just click here for the Care Calendar and set them up. If you need help in doing that, or for more information, contact Don Hanney, 248.689.4713 x300 or dhanney@faithtroy.org.
