Person in Need: Kim (disabled)

Needs: 1) Transportation to church for weekend service; 2) set up of filing system at her residence

Location: 14 Mile Rd. and Mound

Timimg: Volunteer could establish frequency (i.e. 1Xmonth, 1Xweek, etc.)

Other Notes: RE: #1 - Kim uses a walker with wheels. Would need assistance into and out of car. Once inside the building, would not need accompaniment. RE: #2 - Set up of filing system would be one-time assistance. Kim would be able to manage going forward.

Person in Need: Karol - elderly woman

Needs: 1) Yardwork...primarily weeding and trimming of hedges; 2) Transportation to dentist

Location: 16 Mile & Dequindre

Timimg: At discretion of volunteer

Other Notes: A small group is currently scheduled for Sunday, July 20 and will begin yardwork. Yard will require additional work throughout remainder of summer.

Needs: Assistance with moving furniture in house

Location: Maple & Telegraph

Timimg: Prior to September 26

Other Notes: Wife is recovering from surgery and furniture needs to be re-arranged to accomodate her post-op needs.

Person in Need: Annette - recently suffered broken arm

Needs: Meal preparation for family while arm is in cast...meals would be for 3 adults and 3 children living in house.

Location: 15 Mile and Little Mack....HOWEVER, meals can be brought directly to Faith and church will make sure delivery takes place in timely manner.

Timimg: At discretion of volunteer...1 or 2 meals during the next five weeks

Other Notes: Unable to work during her recovery, her finances have also been strained...meal support would be a blessing.

Person in Need: Barbara

Needs: Laundry services once every 10 days

Location: 15 Mile and John R

Timimg: No more than once every 10 days

Other Notes: Due to physical restrictions, she needs assistance with laundry...would include clothing and change of bedding.

Needs: Yardwork...primarily weeding on one side of house.
